The purpose of ceramic anchoring components

Ceramic anchors are fixed to the furnace shell using connectors with metal clamps, or movable metal hooks fixed to steel structural beams.

Ceramic anchors are made from refractory materials through molding and firing, and have a higher operating temperature. The material is related to the operating temperature, for example, the operating temperature of corundum ceramics is 1700 ℃.

Ceramic anchors are mostly used as fasteners for integral linings (such as castables, plastic and spray painted linings), and anchors are also used for brick linings, but they are not commonly used.
