On March 17, 2022, Lixian Xinpeng Ceramics Co., Ltd., the Hunan production base of Dongpeng Group, in line with the purpose of "drawing from the best of others, starting again, striving for excellence, and setting new highs", jointly organized and held the 2021 end-of-2021 conference with Foshan Jiayao Special summary meeting on technological transformation projects to increase production and efficiency.
This meeting was hosted by the Equipment Department of Dongpeng Hunan Base. The kiln directors and directors of each workshop and the gas station director respectively reviewed the process before and after the professional technical transformation of Foshan Jiayao to increase production and efficiency for each of the five production lines. A review was conducted and compared with the analysis and comparison of the controllability of product defects that restricted production efficiency in previous years after the production was put into production, as well as the improvement of production capacity, energy saving and consumption reduction.
Dongpeng Hunan Base General Manager Assistant, Production Director, Technical Director and other leaders gave a positive analysis on the improvement of production efficiency at the summary meeting. Some categories of color products that were difficult to produce in the past can also be made in one fell swoop this year. He was affirmed for overcoming and quickly achieving production and quality targets; while affirming the achievements made by the production team and Foshan Jiayao, the general manager of the company proposed new and higher production goals. At the summary meeting, the relevant leaders of the Dongpeng Group headquarters affirmed the achievements made by the Hunan base in the first year of production and conveyed the opinions of the group headquarters. They advocated "professionals do professional things" and adhered to accurate data analysis before technological transformation and production. Finally, professional tracking services must be in place to strive for better results than the headquarters' goals.
The meeting pointed out that judging from the current production data after it was put into operation, compared with the normal production level last year, after Foshan Jiayao resumed production after technical transformation at the end of 2021, the effect was obvious, not only the energy consumption was reduced by 20 %, and production capacity has also increased by about 15%. Next, we need to make progress while maintaining stability and sprint towards new goals (production capacity increased by ≥20%, energy consumption reduced by ≥23%).
Cheng Zhaohua, general manager of Foshan Jiayao, together with Jiayao's technical department, engineering department and thermal engineering department, attended this meeting. At the summary meeting, Cheng Zhaohua expressed his sincere gratitude to Dongpeng Group for its trust in Jiayao, and expressed congratulations and respect for the outstanding achievements of the Hunan production base in the first year. Natural gas prices have hit new highs repeatedly, causing the costs of ceramic companies to rise significantly. How to save energy, reduce consumption and save costs is urgent. If the kiln drying kiln on the original production line is transformed through professional technology, the energy consumption can be reduced by 23%, and the production capacity can also be increased by 20%. For ceramic enterprises, it will greatly reduce production costs and improve corporate efficiency. At the same time, it is also highly consistent with the dual-carbon economy, which not only improves the market competitiveness of the product but also enhances the social image of the company.
